Bonnie Cowen – Bonnie is one of the original owners of Elizabeth’s.  In 1989, after staying home with her three girls for 11 years, Bonnie decided to explore the world of retail.  Bonnie had years of experience in home party businesses, one of which was Hallmark Hosiery.  Elizabeth’s began with a focus on hosiery and has transformed into what it is today.  22 years in the business has provided Bonnie with an in depth understanding of women’s needs when it comes to undergarments.  Although still very family oriented, with now 7 grandchildren, Bonnie prides herself in constantly adapting and expanding the business to meet the needs of the quickly changing market.

Darlene Mickleborough –  Darlene is an original co-owner of Elizabeth's established in 1989.  Darlene grew up on and later took over the family farm with her husband after her parents retired.  Managing the business aspects of the farm and volunteering for various community organizations and programs while raising their two children aligned with the business management requirements of a small business.  Darlene contributes Elizabeth's success to quality customer service, great staff and most important, to the loyal customers that have supported Elizabeth's since 1989.

Sales Associates
The sales staff at Elizabeth’s is a critical element to the success of the business.  In order to make our customers feel comfortable and satisfied, our staff must be extremely well trained in product knowledge as well as proper bra-fitting techniques.  Our current staff members have all been working with us for a number of years and we are so thankful to have them.  They take great pride in helping each individual customer find the product that best suits their needs.
